The following contains spoilers for Spider-Man #10 from Marvel Comics.

Spider-Man gets help in his fight against a powered-up Electro with one of his newest allies in a CBR exclusive preview of Spider-Man #10.

Spider-Man #10 comes from writers Dan Slott and Christos Gage, penciler Mark Bagley, inkers John Dell and Andrew Hennessy, colorist Edgar Delgado and letterer VC's Joe Caramagna. In Spider-Man #9, our webbed hero was so upset after failing to save a civilian from a fire that he teamed up with Norman Osborn to increase his Spider-Sense, so now Spider-Man can sense danger throughout New York City. The problem, of course, is that there is a good deal of danger in New York City at any given moment, and when a super villain shows up, that danger skyrockets. So when Electro (who had recently increased his own power levels) comes on to the scene, Spider-Man is overwhelmed by everyone's sense of danger that he is a sitting duck for the electricity-wielding villain.

Meanwhile, this current storyline has also introduced Bailey Briggs, the superhero known as Spider-Boy, who apparently had been Spider-Man's sidekick at one point, but was then erased from continuity before the Web of Life and Death was fixed in the opening arc of this current Spider-Man series. Bailey has been struggling to adjust to a world that no longer remembers he ever existed.

The CBR exclusive preview for Spider-Man #10 sees Spider-Man's Spider-Sense messing up his brain so badly that Electro practically doesn't have to do anything in their fight, leading to Electro fearing that people will think that they are just faking their fight like professional wrestling. Just in the nick of time, though, Spider-Boy shows up to lend his mentor (who doesn't even remember him existing until they met a few issues ago) a hand by "tagging in" to the fight.

Spider-Man #10 features cover art by Bagley and Delgado and variant cover art by Stephanie Hans. The issue releases on July 5, 2023, from Marvel.
