Spy x Family has released the first trailer for its upcoming first film Spy x Family Code: White.
The popular family-centered action comedy anime Spy x Family unveiled the first teaser trailer for the film Spy x Family Code: White. A completely original story, the trailer features a new Forger family vacation. After hearing about a cooking competition at Eden Academy where winners will receive a Stella Award, Loid decides Anya will enter and whip up the principal's favorite dessert. However, it won't be authentic until they try the real thing, so the family packs up their bags and heads off to where the dessert originated. When Anya discovers a chocolate treat nestled in a treasure chest and eats it, she accidentally sets off a string of events that may threaten world peace. Judging by the last scene where she holds up a "gun," nothing will get past her.
The second teaser visual for Spy x Family Code: White had hinted at the synopsis where Loid and Yor surround Anya protectively while she jumps out, hands stretching out to grasp a glowing treasure chest. A first teaser visual introduced the more dangerous side of the film where Loid and Yor are in their respective aliases, with Anya standing in the middle with Bond, evoking a more serious tone. Mangaka Tatsuya Endo will supervise the film.

Wit Studio and CloverWorks collaborated to produce the first season of Spy x Family, which premiered in April 2022. The series received an overwhelmingly positive reception, with critics praising the voice acting of the various characters, creating a memorable experience. The anime won several awards, including Best Comedy and Best New Series at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards and Animation of the Year (Television) at the Tokyo Anime Award Festival. A second season has been confirmed and will release sometime in October, making this fall exciting for Spy x Family fans.
Spy x Family Code: White launches in theaters in Japan on Dec. 22.
